Runners on track for sports hall induction

It was a runaway decision to decide this year's inductees into the Brantford and Area Sports Hall of Recognition.

Kevin Sullivan and wife Karen Harvey, who have spent most of their lives running, will enter the hall in a ceremony June 20 at the Best Western Brant Park Inn.

While Sullivan has retired from competitive running, the couple, who now live in Florida, are still racking up kilometres.

"Kevin is one of the greatest milers in the country," executive committee chair Stan Worosz said Wednesday in announcing the hall's newest members.
