TISS team tops by a long shot

Usually, the TISS Pirates can rely on their strength in the senior divisions.

This time around, the midget boys and girls helped lead the way for the Pirates in the 36th annual Kinsmen-Hungerford Invitational Track and Field Classic in Brockville on the weekend.

The Pirates used strong performances in midget and senior to win their 18th straight team points championship in the two-day, 50-school competition at the Procter and Gamble facility.
