Fall is the perfect time to run.
Whether you are a beginner or a veteran runner looking for short or long distances, the cool weather and fall colours of the season makes running much more enjoyable, according to Newmarket Running Room’s Jayne Flanagan.
“There are many things to consider when choosing a running route,” she said.
First, you have to determine accessibility, if you are training for a race or looking for a more relaxing run, if you are running alone, with a partner or a group and the difficulty you prefer in a route.
